1. Chassis maintenance and maintenance. The chassis of the swing turnstile and flap gate are sprayed or painted with 304 stainless steel and electrolytic plate (A3 plate). Use sandpaper, green gauze and fossil powder to clean the chassis, and rub the sanded surface along the long grain (protect the thick grain direction). Otherwise, it will affect the appearance. For sprayed and painted chassis, wipe off the dust with a soft cloth, and use the same color paint to repair the scratches on the surface. Remember not to paint the place where the radio eye is. Once there is a cover on it, the swing turnstile and flap gate will falsely alarm, causing unnecessary trouble.

2. Maintenance of the swing turnstile movement. Cut off the power supply of the swing gate turnstile, open the cover, clean the dust on the surface, spray butter on the transmission part, remove the motor of the swing turnstile, apply butter on the gear and wheel groove, fix the motor in the original position, check whether the connecting screw is loose, tighten it, and do not adjust the limit switch and limit metal sheet casually. The gap of 1-2mm is too far to be sensed, and it is easy to be damaged if it is too close.

3. Power supply part of the swing turnstile. Cut off the power supply of the swing turnstile for maintenance, remove the dust on the surface, check whether the plug-ins are loose, plug them in, tighten them, do not change the wiring position at will, whether the external power supply is exposed, wrap it in time, whether there is leakage, deal with it in time, refer to the manual, check whether the technical parameters of each end interface are normal, and replace the aging electronic components in time.
