The wiring process of the tripod turnstile access control system involves multiple steps to ensure the correct implementation of safety and functions. ‌

1. Preparation: Prepare the necessary installation tools, such as hammer drill, expansion screws, movable wrench, a set of hexagonal wrenches, screwdriver, electrical glue, wire cutter, etc., and check the accessories according to the packing list

2. Install the equipment: According to the number of channels, width and working mode, make an overall plan at the determined installation location. After the foundation surface for the installation equipment is prepared, arrange the equipment in order. Open the door cover and mark the expansion bolt installation hole at the bottom of the gate, drill the hole with a hammer drill, and pre-embed the M12 expansion bolt . ‌

3. Layout of power lines and signal lines: Determine the channel routing, dig the wire pipe groove, and put in a PVC wire pipe with a suitable diameter. ‌ For each channel, use PVC wire tubes to thread the AC200V power line RVV3*1.5mm and the access control network cable. You can refer to the provided drawings for wiring. ‌

4. Wiring of the control panel: According to the instructions of each terminal of the control panel, correctly connect the power line and the control line. ‌ Check whether the wiring is correct. Only after confirmation can it be powered on. ‌ Perform functional debugging to ensure that there is no abnormality in the opening and closing of the door and the indicator light indicates correctly. ‌

5. Safety precautions: The power line and signal line of the high-voltage tripod turnstile access control machine must be routed through different hoses to avoid safety hazards and communication effects. ‌ The pre-buried pipe should be exposed 30-40mm above the ground. The wiring bridge tripod turnstile should be on both sides, and the vertical tripod turnstile should be in the middle of the machine.

Fixed adjustment: Use 4-M000 expansion screws to fix the bottom of the tripod turnstile access control machine to ensure that the overall appearance of the whole machine is consistent. ‌ Before fixing, it is best to use a thin wire to draw a straight line, and the vertical and horizontal directions are consistent. The tripod turnstile should be placed horizontally on the ground to ensure the best effect and extend the service life.
