Daily maintenance methods for tripod turnstiles

1. Screw firmness: Check all fixed screws to see if there is any looseness, and tighten all screws to prevent looseness;

2. Cleaning and lubrication: Check whether the inside of the turnstile is clean, and remove dust and other dirt. Check whether the moving parts are astringent, and perform necessary headless lubrication and maintenance;

3. Turn rod inspection: Move the active iron core of the electromagnet, turn the turn rod, and check whether the rotation is flexible, and whether the fixed screws are loose;

4. Proximity switch inspection: Turn the turn rod to check whether the limit switch can be opened and closed normally, and whether the turning angle of the turn rod that causes opening and closing is reasonable. If the limit switch cannot be opened and closed normally or the turning angle is unreasonable, please adjust it.

5. Circuit board cleaning: Use a clean brush to clean the dust on the circuit board.
